Who are we

SPMG is a proudly South Africa company, providing property management services

The Student & Property Management Group (SPMG) was founded by a visionary who identified a gap in the market for sustainable student management services in
the basic and higher education sector. Having spent over a decade in student management of accommodation facilities at a leading university in KwaZulu-Natal,
our managing director, Julian King, decided to leap into the business world after identifying that several accommodation facilities lack quality student management services often resulting in unsatisfactory living and learning environments, propelling student protests and disruptions to the academic calendar.

Establishing that inadequate student management systems contributed to many of the disruptions caused, then birthed SPMG as a solution partner.
Our slogan “Student Management Solutions” speaks to the core services that we offer our market, contributing to a better user experience.
