4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Service-Based Contracts

Once services (cleaning, security, maintenance, training) have been delivered or staff deployed:
❌ No refunds apply.

Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Digital Products (Guides, Templates, E-Books)

Due to immediate access nature:
❌ No refunds once the digital product is delivered.

4.3 Accommodation Management Contracts

Refunds follow the terms of the specific signed contract between SPMG and:

  • Private landlords
  • Residence operators
  • Institutions

4.4 Deposits

Service deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4.5 Billing Errors

If an incorrect charge is identified, SPMG will correct the invoice and refund the difference where applicable.
